Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and newsletters.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
- Screen incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work independently and exercise discretion with confidential information.
