Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize a high-volume calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments with precision.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
- Coordinate business travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders accurately and timely.
- Assist in the coordination of company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience with CRM software or project management tools is a plus.
