Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate office records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Assist with office supply inventory management, including reordering and vendor liaison.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming reception area.
- Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, expense reporting, and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative support or office assistant role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
