Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members professionally.
- Data Entry Operations: Accurately input, update, and maintain customer and company records in our database systems with high attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, prepare correspondence, and assist with scheduling and calendar management.
- Document Filing: Organize physical and digital files, ensuring easy retrieval and compliance with company protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking office supplies and ordering necessary materials as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Proven experience in a receptionist role or data entry position is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to detect errors in data entry.
