Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and email correspondence, with professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for staff.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
