Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and preparing candidate packets.
- Maintain accurate office records and filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
