Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Handle confidential correspondence, documents, and sensitive information with discretion
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial transactions accurately
- Support HR functions including onboarding, record maintenance, and benefits administration
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations

Qualifications
