Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications including emails, calls, and correspondence with professionalism
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents, reports, and presentations
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for efficient record retrieval
- Coordinate office operations including supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and vendor relations
- Support event planning and meeting logistics for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense report processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Discretion in handling confidential information and sensitive matters
- Associates degree or equivalent administrative certification preferred
