Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings across departments
- Handle incoming communications (calls, emails, correspondence) with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems with strict attention to confidentiality
- Process expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders with precision
- Support HR functions including onboarding paperwork and benefits administration
- Coordinate office logistics including supply inventory and vendor relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting
