Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive leadership.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems, and handle incoming/outgoing mail.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and logistics for company events, team meetings, and client gatherings.
- Data Management: Update and maintain accurate databases, spreadsheets, and records using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reception Support: Greet guests, direct visitors, and answer multi-line phone systems professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
