Responsibilities
- Manage Night Operations: Oversee the office during off-hours, ensuring facility security, lighting, and environment readiness.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and urgent inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Data Management: Perform accurate data entry, file management, and maintain digital databases for night shift reports.
- Scheduling Support: Coordinate calendars and manage meeting schedules for senior leadership during the evening.
- Process Administration: Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders as they arise.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with vendors and couriers for night-time deliveries and services.
Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in an administrative or office support role, preferably in a 24/7 environment.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
