Our night shift team plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless business continuity. In this position, you will be the central hub of communication and organization, managing critical data and schedules when the rest of the office is offline. We are looking for a self-starter who thrives in a quiet, focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume email correspondence and phone inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry, document digitization, and physical filing.
- Coordinate and schedule complex appointments and meetings for executive leadership.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports within strict deadlines.
- Monitor office access control systems and maintain night-shift security protocols.
- Generate and compile daily operational reports and summaries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience, with night shift experience a plus.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
