Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, during night shift hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist management with the preparation of daily reports, schedules, and correspondence.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to ensure a smooth office flow.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and internal meetings.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation as required.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory levels during off-hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent typing speed and a keen eye for detail.
- Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
