Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and inter-departmental communications during night operations.
- Perform accurate data entry, document filing, and record management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Coordinate and schedule night-shift meetings and manage calendar logistics for department heads.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks, including expense reports and invoice verification.
- Maintain office security protocols, including access control checks and facility walkthroughs.
- Prepare nightly operational reports and summaries for the morning shift handover.
- Assist in the procurement of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
