- Oversee office inventory management, procurement, and vendor relationships
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and correspondence for leadership teams
- Coordinate multi-departmental projects and track deliverables using project management tools
- Act as primary point of contact for overnight emergency communications

Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
