Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage inventory, and ensure a professional and organized work environment.
- Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling emails, phone calls, and correspondence efficiently.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and prepare meeting agendas and minutes.
- Data Entry & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including filing systems and client databases with a focus on data integrity.
- Coordination: Assist in project coordination, including tracking deadlines and communicating progress to the management team.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Availability: Must be available to start immediately.
