What You Will Do:
Responsibilities
- Calendar & Travel Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, and prepare itineraries.
- Communication Hub: Screen and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and draft professional correspondence on behalf of leadership.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and facilitate internal and external meetings, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, presentations, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supply inventory, manage vendor relationships, and handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense reporting.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects, data entry, and filing to ensure the smooth functioning of departmental operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive administrative experience, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with CRM software or project management tools.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Organizational Ability: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
