Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Handle incoming emails, screen calls, and route messages to the appropriate team members.
- Scheduling: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for executives.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit reports, memos, and presentations with a focus on accuracy.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, manage filing systems (digital and physical), and oversee mail services.
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, team building activities, and client meetings.
- Data Entry: Input and update data in databases and CRM systems with 100% accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative support experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
