Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate complex scheduling across departments
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and correspondence
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relations, and equipment maintenance
- Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for senior leadership
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external communications

Qualifications
