Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist with data entry, report generation, and document formatting using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients.
- Perform general clerical duties and ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
