Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing agendas.
- Screen and route incoming communications, including email and phone calls, with a high degree of professionalism.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Arrange domestic and international travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Assist with office management, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and mail handling.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients visiting the DC office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with executives and clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with the Washington DC and Northern Virginia area is highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
