Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and client inquiries, ensuring a professional image.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, financial documentation, and meeting minutes.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining a welcoming reception area.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic accounting software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and polished demeanor.
