Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference rooms for executives and leadership teams.
- Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, and ground transportation.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies, manage filing systems (physical and digital), and assist with event planning.
- Data Entry: Accurately update and maintain databases, CRM systems, and employee records.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive administrative support experience.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to work independently and collaboratively in both remote and in-office settings.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
