Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule meetings, including coordination with external stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries with professionalism.
- Arrange travel itineraries, book accommodations, and process expense reports.
- Maintain filing systems and databases to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team activities.
- Perform general clerical duties as needed to support daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
