Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, managing the front desk reception area.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls while taking accurate messages.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and packages.
- Coordinate meeting room schedules and prepare conference materials.
- Assist with general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and inventory management.
