- Appointment Scheduling: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and send reminders to clients.
- Mail and Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records and perform basic data entry tasks in our CRM software.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors with inquiries and ensure a positive experience at our office.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
