Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings both internally and externally.
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in data entry, database management, and generating monthly reports.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Support the department with ad-hoc projects and special events as required.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving mindset.
