Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and company data into our digital databases.
- Manage and maintain both physical and electronic filing systems.
- Perform general clerical duties including copying, scanning, and faxing.
- Answer incoming calls and route inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Prepare and proofread internal documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist with inventory management and office supply ordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in data entry and office administration.
- Must possess a fast typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and high accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Must be able to work in-person at our Denver, CO location.
