Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with a focus on professionalism and accuracy.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and presentation materials.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate records, and update databases.
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement processes.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, directing them appropriately.
- Support the finance and HR departments with basic administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation in the New York City area.
