Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, answer phones professionally, and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Mail & Communications: Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently; manage email correspondence.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms; manage the executive calendar.
- Office Administration: Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and welcoming; handle office supply inventory and reordering.
- Data Entry: Assist with data entry tasks, filing, and other general administrative duties to support office operations.
- Vendor Relations: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed.
- Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of Apex Corporate Solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Interpersonal: Strong customer service orientation and ability to interact with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
