Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments with high attention to detail.
- Communication: Handle email correspondence, draft professional letters, and screen phone calls effectively.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Office Operations: Maintain office supplies inventory, organize files both physically and digitally, and manage incoming/outgoing mail.
- Event Support: Assist in planning and executing company events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
