Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume data entry tasks with 100% accuracy and strict adherence to deadlines.
- Manage and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring easy retrieval of documents.
- Handle incoming emails and phone inquiries professionally, routing messages to the appropriate team members.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate and schedule weekend meetings or appointments as needed.
- Maintain the reception area and office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) with advanced Excel skills preferred.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
