Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls while maintaining an up-to-date calendar.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management and internal event planning.
- Provide general administrative support to department managers and staff as needed.
- Screen calls and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential and attitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
