Responsibilities
- Manage professional front-desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and routing communications
- Coordinate complex calendar management for executive staff and meeting room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and report generation
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and workspace setup
- Maintain secure visitor log system and issue temporary access credentials
- Collaborate with team members on cross-departmental projects and events
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience required
- Minimum 2 years in professional receptionist or customer-facing role
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with composure
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Calendly, Asana)
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Flexibility to adapt to schedule changes and peak demand periods
