Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex meeting logistics
- Handle confidential documentation, data entry, and record-keeping with meticulous attention to detail
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications
