Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, compose, and edit correspondence, including memos, emails, reports, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, screening calls and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Coordinate departmental meetings and take detailed minutes when required.
- Process invoices and assist with expense reporting and budget tracking.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
