Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule complex calendars, including meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Assist in data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and vendor relations to ensure seamless operations.
- Act as the point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and efficient reception experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
