Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Oversee office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Process expense reports and maintain financial records
- Coordinate meetings and events including logistics and materials preparation
- Implement organizational systems for digital and physical documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required
- Minimum 3 years administrative support experience in corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines
- Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
- Experience with office management software (e.g., Asana, Trello)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime
