Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel logistics
- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with onboarding processes and coordinate office supply inventory
- Support project coordination and track departmental deadlines
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
