- Assist with data entry, database management, and the preparation of presentations.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of information.
- Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including flights and hotel accommodations.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and take minutes during staff meetings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
