Responsibilities
- Manage and schedule executive calendars, including meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate office logistics, including supply management, vendor relations, and facility upkeep.
- Screen and route incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Assist in data entry and the maintenance of accurate digital and physical records.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.
