Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering phones and responding to inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and financial documentation.
- Coordinate team events and office logistics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role (1-2 years preferred).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Experience with scheduling software is a plus.
