Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executive staff.
- Communication Hub: Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Documentation: Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in various databases and spreadsheets; perform data entry and reporting.
- Office Operations: Oversee office supplies inventory, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the workspace is organized and efficient.
- Project Support: Assist with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed to support business objectives.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, reception, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
