Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, answering inquiries and routing messages.
- Assist with data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate office logistics, including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.
- Prepare agendas and materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative support or office management role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
