Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging domestic and international travel.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, including memos, emails, and client presentations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and assist with payroll preparation.
- Coordinate office activities and logistics, including vendor management and supply ordering.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily accessible.
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, ensuring a professional reception.
- Assist in the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and updating candidate databases.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
