We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Boston. Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming emails, phone calls, and correspondence in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate internal and external meetings, including room bookings and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders for the finance department.
- Assist in onboarding new employees by preparing necessary paperwork and orientation materials.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and vendors at the front desk.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
