Responsibilities
- General Office Operations: Manage incoming calls, greet visitors, and distribute mail and emails professionally.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for department managers.
- Record Management: Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Data Entry: Accurately input data into company databases and spreadsheets with a high level of attention to detail.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting materials, take minutes, and assist in coordinating internal team meetings.
- Office Supplies: Assist with inventory control and reordering of necessary office supplies.
- Customer Assistance: Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We are willing to train the right candidate from the ground up.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy in repetitive tasks.
