What You Will Do:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily operations. You will handle a variety of tasks that ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Communication Management: Screen and direct phone calls, manage email correspondence, and greet visitors with professionalism.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update data into databases and spreadsheets.
- Office Support: Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in general clerical duties.
- Project Assistance: Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and special events.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience: Previous administrative experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated entry-level candidates.
