Responsibilities
- General Office Management: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and maintain the supervisor's calendar effectively.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Accurately input data into company databases, prepare reports, and maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
- Communication Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Project Support: Assist in preparing presentation materials and conducting basic research as needed.
- Inventory Control: Assist with tracking office supplies and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; however, internship or volunteer experience is highly valued.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Attributes: Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail; exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Behavioral: Professional attitude, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
