Key Responsibilities
- Manage and direct the flow of incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials.
- Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports with high attention to detail.
- Perform data entry, filing, and record-keeping duties to ensure accurate information management.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and vendor coordination.
- Support the executive team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
